So You Know You Can Dance

Posted: August 13, 2010 in TV Talk Shows

America got it right for me yet again. In fact it seems like America gets most of the dancers in this Show right but they seem to sleep on the job for the AGT and the AIdol shows. I and stunned that this girl is only 18 years and can dance so maturely.  I feel her expressions, although the judges had given her early warning that it wasn’t there. At that time I might have still been getting use to seeing her strongly athletic body which will now be featured on Gatorade as part of her prize awards.

So You Know You Can Dance

Showed the final of the seventh-season last night

On Wednesday three vied with their dancing might

Youngsters this year had the monopoly

Older competitors though good bowed out respectfully

Under the present system it is hard for me

Keeping favorites is the only way it can be

No more do they dance the same style

Once before you could compare them like this, that was awhile

When they brought the changes the skills peaked

You thought you saw dancing before, now that was weak

One of the best and the best is what we constantly hear

Undoubtedly you can dance! Judge stood to cheer

Contemporary jazz dancer from Phoenix Az. and just 18

Arrived only with the hopes of making it to the silver screen

Now the beautiful, bubbly blonde Lauren Froderman

Danced her way to the hearts of almost every American

And mine too, every night she was perfection for me

Nothing seemed wrong in any delivery

Couldn’t fault her efforts, instead I applauded each chance

Eventually I screamed, girl So You Know You Can Dance!

Some of her appearances

The Audition

With Second Runner Up Kent Boyd (also 18)

Judges Tantalized with – At Last

My Chick Bad –with Twitch

Being Led Astray

Posted: May 24, 2010 in TV Talk Shows

Felonious murder is described as the lost of life that resulted when some one was carry out a felony. It means that if you went to rob a bank and during the get away you cause the people to panic and stampede, trampling some one and killing them, then you might be charge for causing their death by Felonious murder, at least that is what I thought was being explained. Who then are the killers here?

Being Led Astray

Bling bling and Cadillacs were a part of his childhood dream

Earned a good living and lived extreme

In his Cadillac he kept protection from those who might take

Nefariously the empire he tried to make

Guns lead to more guns and soon all can be gone

Lost though a moments impulse if it’s badly drawn

Even when he decided to just scare of some men

Didn’t expect the consequences as grave when

Aim was deliberately taken that he might miss

So they darted off with expletives but they didn’t persist

The fire though met an unexpected target

Right in the back of an innocents head landed a bullet

And though he was 2 blocks away he met a fatal demise

You shouldn’t fire bullets when they don’t have eyes

American Idols

The waiting
was long but we waited with certainty

His talent
was phenomenal, he was the true celebrity

Excitement
for him ousted from the judges eyes

Adam
Lambert was a sure winner and they can be no surprise

Millions
voted, though I can’t recall the split now

Except,
they didn’t go his way some how

Ryan
Seacrest pulled the name from the proverbial sock

It was Kris
Allen, he too was in real shock

Can’t be me!
He exclaimed, don’t do this tonight!

America you’ve
got it wrong, this selection isn’t right!

No way, no
how, please tell me this is not true

I was good
I know but Adam, we all know it should be you!

Disappointment
again this year, the best didn’t win

One time
they voted for Taylor Hicks and not Katherine

Looks to me
the show is more about who becomes more popular

Should be
the judges who deliberate on who’ll be, America’s superstar

Pain In Death Joy In Life

Posted: November 23, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

There are some jobs that put you in harms way that at the end of the day leaves you saying we did an incredible job. I saw the coldness that some health care people have become after having to face death so often. They seem to form no attachment to their patients for fear of losing themselves bit by bit.

Pain In Death Joy In Life

Piloting for rescue missions can be very daunting

A rude awakening and life’s fragility taunting

It takes a special kind of person to see every day

Numbers of people being saved and some passing away

In the emergency helicopter it’s like an ambulance

Numerous people using this service stand a better chance

Didn’t work for window cleaner Roy

EMG’s were called for a helicopter to deploy

Although they effected a rescue, while taking him back

There was an underlying problem which lead to a fatal
heart attack

He never had a chance and the female driver, she

Just felt hopeless and took the news very personally

On the way back out she wanted to quit

You can’t said her partner, we are a vital fit

In the next rescue their foreigner couldn’t speak
English

Not giving up he got them to turn back as he wish’

Life support rescue was needed for the wife left behind

In labor when they got her and the breached baby boy fine

For a tensed moment it was life and death, touch and go

Emergency care is the most rewarding job I know

Who Is Calling The Shots

Posted: September 9, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

I remember a tape from the series on television called “Caught On Tape” and I was in awe the first time. The second time I saw it, it was almost like if I had a revelation. I came away with a new understanding but I still marvel at the awesomeness of the video. Sometimes more is in motion than what we think

Who Is Calling The Shots

Whales were all around their little boat

Had a camera to control manually and not by remote

Out in the water they leapt, the husband and his wife

It was a one in a lifetime chance, the best in their
life

So the wife swam with the giants and her husband
photographed

Clips of natural gaiety, we saw her laughed

And as she bounced from the water, so too did the whale

Like in unison they played and the video tells the tale

Languishing there was good but it was time to go

I saw her attempt to swim but her playmate said no

Not yet it seemed to say as it grabbed her gently

Got a hold on her ankle and took her deep, in the sea

The camera caught her going down about 60’ deep

Had no more oxygen in her lungs but rather than weep

Earnestly rubbed the creature on its eye

She thought of her son before she would die

Her solemn body arched still, there was no swimming back

Once the creature saw this, its intelligence didn’t lack

The gentle creature darted to the surface and in a gush
of air

She felt God’s work as the His creature brought her from
despair

Parents For Sale

Posted: September 2, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

Well if you haven’t heard it yet then you weren’t listening to Contessa this afternoon. There is a man who put up his parents for sale. How do you describe your parents in an ad to garner best responses? What are they worth? Are they to be considered used, and if so to what extent, well used, hardly used. I asked my day what he thought and he replied, “Who will want parents, trouble?

Parents For Sale

People put all things up for sale

An old football card, piece of furniture, the tooth of a
whale

Retailing them electronically

Ebay, Craig’s List, Click Bank, a whole litany

Now today was a first

This 51 year old man was offering the worst

Selling his parents for the best offer

Father smiled at it and so too his mother

Only his other siblings had nothing to say

Refusing to contact him since that day

So Contessa told his parents why not

Arrange to sell him too, he’s not the only child they
got

Lucky for him he’s got understanding parental kin

Especially putting up with their grownup son’s unwritten
sin

Evolution Or EVILution Pt.2

Posted: September 1, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

I seem to have much more to say than I thought about this thing call evolution. Why do we have to think that it is evil? I see lots of ways that we have evolved and have developed into more resourceful people. Yes, it may be true that some of the old ways are good but, I enjoy watching a movie at home rather than going to a theatrical play every night. And thankfully doctors now know how to operate and all about sterilizing their equipment. Wow! What about amputations, they used to do these with machetes and no anesthetics.

Evolution or EVILution PT.2

Every since the T-shirts came off

Various ideas crossed my cerebral trough

Origin of the species

Life starting from single cellular activities

Usually depicted as monkeys into who we are today

The shrinking skull, straightening spine and learning to
say

Intelligent speech that we passed on

Over time to our new spawn

Now man domesticated animals too

Our pet dog today was once the Japanese Inu

Remember how men travelled year ago

Engines now propel boats, planes, trains come rain or
snow

Voice amplifiers evolved into TV

Intricate changes brought us even greater technology

Like CD’s, DVD’s cellular phone and more

Unbelievable possibilities to our ancestors before

There has been evolution of life, laws and technology

Incredible leaps in progress to modernize society

Our hygiene, medicine, food and clothes too

Now everything today is different than the old ways we
knew

Evolution Or EVILution

Posted: September 1, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

There is more to blocking out the theory of Evolution from schools than it may seem on the surface.  You see, when people start wanting to hide theories of the past and lose the importance of the work those activists for Civil Rights and Racial Equality worked so hard for. Evolution does not have to be EVILution. We have seen the process dance, singing, acting, cinema all evolved. The movie industry is nothing like where it started. This too has seen an evolution. We also saw the evolution of our domestic animals, particularly, our pet dog.

Evolution or EVILution

Every Tom Dick and Harry

Vilifying anything evolutionary

On pretense that it’s an evil view

Lies propagated and anti religious too

Under their partial belief

Teachers banned, to students grief

Illustrations of progress on T-shirts

Oblivious of what this action hurts

No reference can be made of evolution

Or similarly on creation

Religious dogma has no place

Educating kids such is a disgrace

Views that are to be kept away

It’s no longer legal today

Let me see, evolution what does it mean

Used to show growth, progress, stages between

Then why can’t they show how music grew

I think the teachers crossed the line, don’t you?

Once they start stripping evolution from the dictionary

Next they’ll retrogress to racial equality

Cross The Line

Posted: August 25, 2009 in TV Talk Shows

This is base on a European ad that found its way in the states and there has been much conversation recently about whether it is crossing the line. If we are to put a stop to most of the problems in society, people need to see the consequences of their actions. And I wouldn’t stop at the crash; I would take it all the way to the home that is disrupted because a love one died. The dead bread winner of a family causing the family to lose their home, they have already lost the car. The long chain of dominoes that one senseless driving act can cause.

Cross The Line

Crashes happen too often when we

Run into others stupidly

On the phone, eating or DUI

Showing no concern if we live or die

Something must be done to bring a stop

To these needless accidents and it can’t be a cop

How far should we go you asked today

Eff it would stop them I say go all the way

Let there be no reluctance, put it all on TV

I think these thoughtless drivers deserve to see

Nuff blood and horror, broken bones and spine

Eff we are to get them listen we must Cross The Line.

Motivated By Money

Posted: August 22, 2009 in Barack Obama, TV Talk Shows

It is very easy to convince people that those with better facility will give them greater care. The problem is that I have seen fancy doctor prescribe expensive unnecessary test with one purpose in mind. In fact, many surgeries are elected that may not have been necessary procedures.  Isn’t it funny how almost all doctors portrayed by Hollywood are more lovable when they take no personal gain from it, when they have no ambitions of grandeur or wealth? Funny how the one great money making doctor moved away from the city to live in the countryside where he open a practice and offer all his services free of charge to all Everwood.  It is profHannity to mix money with medicine, as we know; the greatest healer of all sought no monetary gain

Motivated By Money

My illness exposed me to doctor who

Only seemed interested in the money they accrue

Tonight in regular profHannity the TV host suggest

If doctors are not paid top notch money expect mediocre
test

Viewers were asked to believe that the young doctors who
pursue

Ambitious salaries will take better care of you

This can’t be so from what I have seen

Every doctor motivated by money seem to act mean

Doctors who quickly operate because you can pay

But never concerned that diet can take your trouble away

You can’t expect such doctors to forgo good surgical
money

Making decisions to treat patients more inexpensively

On TV we met most doctors that chose to work without pay

Nursing patients to live beyond another day

Efficiency comes best from caregivers who aren’t
economical scholars

You get better care from doctors not seeking the
almighty dollars
